So, I am not unhappy with how my body is. I feel like for the first time, I have been the happy with my body. I just want to be stronger.
My arms seem to be getting more flabby and I miss the muscle I used to have. So I decided to do an 30 Day Arm Challenge for the month of May. I know there is 31 days in the month, so it will be cool to have the extra day. I don’t really have a chart. I know different workouts due to Bob Harper. I figured I would follow that.
