Spring Break Set Back

  
  I gained 4 lbs this week. I think a lot of it had to do with yesterday being St. Patrick’s day. Also, I am on Spring Break and I find if I do not have a routine I tend to get off track with working out as dieting. 

 Here is to a brand new week with staying focused.

  1. We all have rubbish weeks… mine was a couple weeks ago when I visited 3 different cities, went to comic con and celebrated my best friends birthday…. but you can always make up for it. Just don’t let it get you down 🙂 sending you extra luck for this week 🙂 xx

  2. Hoping you have a better week this week. It’s all about balance though, having good healthy days where fitness and nutrition is on point but then allowing yourself to enjoy time with family and celebrations that are going to occur. Xx
