Well, 2014 seems to be going well so far. I am moving along. I am doing many fitness classes at my local gym and I am going back to writing my points and tracking them. So hopefully everything is back to normal from the holiday season. I am sort of bored lately though. I need some type of fitness thing to look forward to. The Color Run does not seem to come in our direction yet and Sweat USA has no information yet. Does anyone have any ideas or know any cool events that are coming this way that is about health and fitness? Let me know please. I love trying new things. I looked at my Weight Loss Bucket list but everything I listed seems to be more summer time. Please let me know if there is anything out there! =)
I am proud of my boyfriend because he has lost almost 30 lbs. He has been complaining that he needs to cut beer/drinking from his diet. I want to encourage this but he does not have to fully cut it out. I think it would be interesting if I could cut something out and we join a pact with each other. Example is I cut chocolate or sweets and if I eat a sweet I have to tell Brian..and then he thinks of a punishment. I know a punishment for him if he drank beer when he should have not would be posting a baby picture of himself on Facebook. I think this would be fun.
Sorry my blog post is not very interesting. I do not have much going on right now. I am going back to my weight before the holidays slowly and I am working out more but nothing exciting is happening. Sometimes I think my Rachael Ray experience happened too early in my weight loss journey. When Bob Harper met me I lost 60 lbs. That is nothing to sneeze about, but now I have lost 80 lbs. I think I look different. I would love to work out with him. I want to show him how strong I am and what I have learned on my own. I know this will never happened though. One can dream. I can not be selfish. I already got my 5 minutes of fame.
Anyway, I will keep doing what I am doing and hopefully you guys can comment on awesome events that happen around the country with fitness. Please let me know! I love trying new things.
