Do you need motivation to work out? I suggest downloading the app GymPact for your smart phone (if you have one). With a tag line, “Never miss another workout” you learn quickly that the reason you will never miss another one is because you will get paid. How does it work? You sign up and you make a PACT with the app on how many days a week you will work out. For example: say you will be willing to work out two days a week. You make a PACT on a certain amount of money on this PACT. Say you do not work out two days a week they will charge you a certain amount of money. If you meet the PACT they will never charge you. Also depending on how many days a week you are willing to commit you will earn money. It is not a lot of money but it will add up in the long run. So in order to not be charged by them..WORK OUT!! It is that simple!
Now that you know how the PACT works how does it work with working out? How does it know? The APP has a GPS and in order for it to work you need to check in at a gym for at least an hour. Your house sadly does not count. For example: Planet Fitness and my spinning studio counts as a gym for me. I know there is a way to put running in the mix but I have not figured that out yet. So if you need motivation to work out and want to get money for it, I suggest using this app. It is pretty cool!
