I try to work out five days a week. The more sweat the better! Sweat is my best accessory.

I enjoy working out and using the equipment at Planet Fitness.

Twice a week I go to a local spin class at Cycle On.

My advice for working out is to do something you enjoy. You may be lost because you really do not know what you enjoy. When I first started working out I had no idea what I liked. I only did DVDs because I was afraid to do anything around people. Now I go to a gym and do everything they have their because I tried something new. Do you think I knew how to spin when I started? NO! Go out there and try something new. Get up the courage and try something you always wanted to try. It makes you feel great..I promise!
