Here is myself on my birthday on 2012 at 232 lbs where I turned 23 and the second is me 80 lbs less where I turned 25 on Saturday.
I am confident that I can maintain the weight and maybe loose a few pounds as well. I am going to cut one day of weight training and do more cardio. I do not have any big plans or events coming up so good choices with my food and drink will be easier. Here is to bright futures.
